Listen to Eazy E on iHeartRadio

The co-founder of Ruthless Records - Jerry Heller - claims Eazy-E wanted to murder Death Row Records co-founder Suge Knight.  In an interview with "The Murder Master Music Show," Heller says Eazy admitted he wanted to kill Suge because he supposedly believed Suge was going to be a "problem" for Ruthless Records.

Apparently, Heller was able to convince his business partner not to make an attempt on Suge's life.  However, Heller regrets talking Eazy out of it.  If Eazy would have gone through with the crime, Heller says Suge would not have been able to convince Dr. Dre to leave the label for Death Row Records.  He believes the move would have allowed Ruthless Records to become an "empire."

Jerry Heller and Eazy-E founded Ruthless Records in 1986.  After Eazy-E's death in 1995, Eazy's wife Tomica Wright took over ownership of the label.
