BASIC JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Newsradio 970 WFLA is looking for a part-time News Anchor/Board Operator.  This position will require work mostly on weekends, evenings and/or overnights with occasional fill-ins during the week.  You must be able to write and read newscasts with a conversational delivery, record and edit audio, write stories for web content, be proficient with social media platforms including Face book and Twitter and operate a control board for a News/Talk station including talk shows and sporting events.  Experience with Adobe Audition and NexGen is a plus but not required.
