The ladies saw a waiter put liquid nitrogen on other patron's desserts which made it 'smoke.' So apparently after asking what it was, the waiter poured some in the ladies water glasses. And they drank it. Stacey Wager, who provides pharmaceutical & nursing consulting & is married to USF's assistant basketball coach, is now suing the Don Cesar Hotel for $15,000 in damages.
