Outkast fans that are in the Tampa Bay area, we have got to reach out to rapper Andre 3000 and ask for a NEW outkast project!

The second half of the duo, rapper Big Boi has admitted again in a recent video that he is more than ready to record another Outkast album; but in the meantime he is dropping "the Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors." The new album from Big Boi is expected to be released December 11th 2012.
