Tampa Bay, is Katt Williams a victim or a trouble maker??? The reason why I ask is because the actor/comedian was arrest last night, AGAIN! Allegedly, there was a "Brawl" at a Oakland nightclub and Katt was involved.

Williams was taken into custody on battery charges that happened @ Kinball's Carnival @ 3am. The 39-year old actor is STILL believed to be in polcie custody, and there is no release of the details...

All I can say is.... "COME ON KATT!!!!!"
