(WENN) - Rapper Lil Wayne has recorded almost 100 unheard tracks with fellow hip-hop star Dr. Dre.

The rap star, real name Dwayne Carter, Jr., revealed he and his musical collaborator are "always working" on new projects together.

The rapper tells MTV News, "I've always worked with Dre. I'm not sure if you guys know how Dre works, Dre always sends you a song, so I (have) done, probably did like 90 songs for Dre. You just never know which one he (is) gonna put out."
