The violence taking place in Chicago recently is unfortunatley still on the rise, and Shyne has made it clear he has had enough. Yesterday, the rapper took to his Twitter to ask for help from none other than Presient Obama in a series of Tweets:
Dear @barackobama there has to be something the former US senator from Chicago can do for his former constituents! The genocide must stop

Shyne also called upon one of Obama's good buddies to help the President out:

The Tweets show that Shyne is extremely intent about trying to end the horrible violence and murders in Chicago, saying:
If @barackobama doesn't do something about the genocide in Chicago fast I'm gonna have an @kanyewest melt down &say Barack Don't care about?

According to AllHipHop.com, the city is experiencing its highest murder rate in five years, with 506 recorded murders last year alone. And only a few weeks into 2013, there have already been 22 reported murders so far.
