Steve Harvey says that there are two things guys have to remember about sending their wives or girlfriends roses for Valentine's Day.  The actor-comedian tells NBC's "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" it's important that she receive the bouquet in a public place - like at work - and it's a good idea to surpass any expectations.

Harvey also has some words of wisdom about being a guest at the White House.  He was among those attending at last month's post-inauguration party, but admits it wasn't exactly a relaxed event when he could see a man in a tux "with an AK-47 hanging under his jacket."

Steve adds that it's also important to know how to address First Lady Michelle Obama.  He admits he wasn't sure what he should call her the first time they met, but knew he couldn't just say, "Hey 'Chelle!"  Steve Harvey hosts his own syndicated TV and radio shows as well as the game show "Family Feud."
