Pinellas and western Hillsborough counties... 

At 735 PM EST... National Weather Service Doppler radar continued to
indicate a tornado. Located near Peter O Knight Airport... or 7
miles southeast of Tampa... moving northeast at 30 mph.

The waterspout will be near... 
South Tampa.
Peter O Knight Airport.
Palm River.

Precautionary/preparedness actions... 

If you are in the path of the tornado go to a small interior room in
a strong and well constructed building. Cars and Mobile homes are not
safe. If no shelter is available... lie flat in a ditch or culvert and
cover your head with your hands.

for northwestern Manatee... southern Pinellas and western Hillsborough
counties... 

At 724 PM EST... Doppler radar continued to indicate a line of severe
thunderstorms capable of producing damaging winds in excess of 60
mph. These storms were located along a line extending from South
Tampa to Apollo Beach to Palmetto... or along a line extending from
Tampa to 13 miles east of downtown Saint Petersburg to Palmetto... 
moving east at 40 mph.

Precautionary/preparedness actions... 

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of
your home or business. This storm has the potential to cause serious
injury and significant damage to property.
