Ronald Brown, 57, is a puppeteer (that works with kids from kindergarten age to eigth grade) from Largo who has worked for numerous organizations, Pinellas County Schools, and according to his website, the Tampa Bay Rays.

Brown was arrested this week for conspiracy to kidnap a child and for possesion of child porn.

Chat sessions were discovered online where Brown engaged in "extremely graphic discussions regarding kidnapping, sexually abusing, murdering and eating children," according to Department of Homeland Security investigators.
