It's now official... NFL-er Chad Ocho Cinco has been charged with misdemeanor battery for the alleged head-butting incident with his reality TV star wife Eveylyn Lozada. Well as you know, although they were only married for 41 days, she filed for divorce. That was only the beginning of his hardships. The day after the alleged abuse, Chad wsa fired from the Miami Dolphins and an enorsement deal with a water company was terminated.
Well we knew it was going to get worse before it got better and that's exactly what's happened. If convicted, Chad faces up to a year behind bars. Meanwhile, Evelyn plans to move forward with the diovorce while he refuses to sign the divorce papers.
