As recent as yesterday, NFL-er Chad Ocho Cinco refused to sign divorce papers filed by his reality TV star wife Evelyn Lozada after a whopping 41 days of marraige following the head-butting incident. Well I'm not quite sure, why he suddely had a change of heart but he has accepted the inevitable and filed the divorce docs. In them he admits the marraige is "irretrievably broken". Howver, he wants their prenup to be honored which stipulates in case of a divorce, they each have to foot the bill for their attorney fees. Evelyn has requested that her soon-to-be ex-husband pay her legal fees.
 
Now word is although the divorce is not final, the 'Basketball Wife' is extemely pleased. Meanwhile, Chad was in a Florida courtroom today to enter a plea of not guilty after being officially charged with misdemeanor battery yesterday. If convicted he could spend up to one year in jail and $1000 fine. He could also be ordered to perform community service, probation or anger-management classes.
 
This Sunday, Evelyn will get counseled on the premier of Iyanla Vanzant's new OWN show "Fix My Life."
