Ok, if you didn't think that this mess was kind of a big deal before-  this may change your mind! Even the President of the United States added in his own two cents about the divalicious beef between icon Mariah Carey and rapstress Nicki Minaj.
 
In a recent interview, Mr. President addressed Idol-gate. When asked what he thought about the cat fight between Mimi and Nicki, President Obama quickly and charismatically replied, "I think that they are going to be able to sort it out; I am confident. I am all about bringing people together... working for the same cause. I think both outstanding artists are going to be able to make sure they're moving forward and not going backwards."
 
Wow! Couldn't have said it better myself! Lol... He so politically correct! (No pun intended.) Barack definitely knows how to turn a negative into a positive. During the interview, Obama was asked to choose his favorite out of the two divas. Now we all know there has been a little controversy with the whole Nicki Minaj song shouting out Mitt Romeny... so I was on the edge of my seat... the suspense was killing me as I awaited his response! But I should have known our Pres remained cool as a fan and explained that he knows Mariah and listens to Nicki... "Mariah, she's actually done some events for us. I've gotten to know her… she's a wonderful lady… Nicki I don't know, but I've got her on my iPod." NICE!
 
President Obama was also asked about whether he believes Nicki Minaj supports or endorses Mitt Romney ... ya know because of her lyrics on 1 of her joints. Still cool, he simply stated, "I'm really not sure that is actually what happened… I think she had a little rap that said that… But she likes to play different characters. So I don't know whats going on there."
 
I've said it b4 and I'll say again... we've got the coolest President ever.
